An exquisite combination

The two-way rotating bezel of the new GMT‑Master II models is equipped with a two-color Cerachrom dial made of gray and black ceramics with a 24-hour graduated scale. The exquisite combination of these contrasting colors harmoniously and discreetly symbolizes the day and night hours. The notched inscriptions and numbers are covered with the thinnest layer of platinum applied using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology for optimal readability of the readings.

Oystersteel steel

High-tech alloy

The new versions of the GMT‑Master II watch are made of Oystersteel steel, an alloy created exclusively for Rolex and known for its resistance to corrosion and impact. It has a unique radiance, retaining its original luster even under extreme operating conditions of the watch. This metal pays homage to the DNA of the model, which was originally offered only in steel.
